After graduation, I have had to find new ways to keep myself inspired. I have recently launched one of my projects, Orange Hunt Living, which is a lifestyle and community blog for the Orange Hunt Community of West Springfield, Virginia. The goal of this blog is to inspire the community to come together and support one another. I am responsible for writing weekly blog posts as well as maintaining the events calendar for the community. I have also developed the website from a blank page, and seeing it come to life has been so rewarding!
More recently, I have created a curated thrift business, Curated By Audrey. As someone who is very into fashion and shopping second hand, I thought of this to be something that would be rewarding as well as a way to build my experience in styling. The concept of Curated By Audrey is to make tailored, curated thrifted packages based on clients wants and needs. Clients will send me a mood board based on clothing pieces they are specifically looking for and outfits they want to recreate. What’s my job? To make it happen! This has been a fun project that has brought me so much inspiration.
One of my passions in life is fashion. For the past few months I have been working as a buyer/keyholder for Current Boutique in Clarendon, VA. Current Boutique is a second hand luxury consignment store. This job has given me so much creative freedom not only in my personal fashion, but also from a social media design standpoint. I have been given the opportunity white working here to help out with the instagram content for the store. This has been so fun to put together exciting content for customers as well as spread the word about our store!
