SMAD 203 has given me experience in User Experience Design. This class studied the principles of web and interactive design. The emphasis in this class was on the visual communication in interactive media.
My main project in this course was to design an app for the students of JMU. I designed an app to save money at local grocery stores in the Harrisonburg community which included well thought out user experience design to easily navigate the app. There was comprehensive research that went into the production of this project such as user story narratives and value propositions.
